Biggest Environmental Problem

In my opinion the biggest environmental problem is deforestation. It is destroying habitats for many animals. It also seems to be destroying many ecosystems, and without them they will consequently  have an impact on other things.

Ray’s Mother’s Biggest Problem (mother earth, of course)

I believe trash is the biggest problem. We have a massive culture of wastefulness; granted, recycling exists, but the massive footprint we leave is ridiculous. So many problems stem from trash: where to put it (landfills aren’t forever, and trash is everywhere), depletion of resources (because its more affordable to keep a factory mass-producing than it is to reuses old products), habitat destruction (self explanatory), alteration of climate/ pollution (carbon dioxide and other chemicals [that are dumped into the air, water, and onto the land ] can pose irreversible damage to our environment), and many more that I’m sure I’m not totally aware of. YIKES!

Biggest Environmental Problem

I think that the biggest problem today is deforestation as so many of the rainforests have be destroyed. This is such a big issue in my opinion because it destroys habitats and many other things that are very hard to replenish.

Biggest Environmental Problem

I think the biggest environmental problem is probably exploitation of natural resources, since fossil fuels and stuff are nonrenewable.

Biggest Environmental Problem

In my opinion, the biggest environmental problem we face today is the constant diminishing of the world’s biodiversity.  This issue looks habitat destruction, deforesting, and polluting.  All of the following, done by humans, have caused different unique species to go extinct.

Most important environmental problem

In my opinion, the biggest environmental problem of the 21st century is/will be finding alternative energy sources after we begin to run out of fossil fuels. I believe that if we don’t begin to take this issue seriously we will run out of time and end up crippling our transportation system and economy.

Biggest Environmental Problem Today: Our Massive Carbon Footprint

I think that the biggest environmental problem that we face today concerns the carbon footprint that we are leaving as an international community. Not only does our consumption of fossil fuels deplete the availability of natural resources for the future, but it also leads to multiple effects that are sometimes unpredictable. Repercussions such as the depletion of the ozone layer or the smog that we leave over towns and cities are just a few of the issues that arise as a result of our overuse of carbon-emitting vehicles and factories. And with the increase of carbon in the atmosphere comes an increase in heat trapped on Earth. So it isn’t just global warming that we have to worry about–we also have to concern ourselves with changing weather patterns, changing habitats, and other unpredictable effects.

Worst Environmental Problem

In my opinion, the worst environmental problem is habitat destruction because once a habitat is destroyed it’s extremely hard to recreate that habitat or bring back to life the animals who went extinct because of it. Also, it bothers me that people will destroy creatures’ habitats merely for the sake of making money and building fancy schmancy new condo’s or producing items such as the thneeds Dr. Seuss talked about.

Biggest Environmental Problem

I believe that the biggest environmental problem that we face today is conservation. I’m not necessarily talking about just saving trees but other issues such as trying to prevent animal extinction and also getting rid of invasive species. And the destruction that is happening to the coral reefs could also try to be prevented and we should try to conserve them as well.

Biggest Environmental Issue

I sort of think pollution is our biggest issue right now. People pollute the air, the water, and the ground with trash and chemicals that they are not willing to clean up until the issue affects them directly.
