Ponder This is a wiki created and maintained by my English 8 class and I. It is a hodge podge of notes and resources created and assembled by the students. They determine what needs to be added to the wiki.
Defining Love is another project from my English 8 students. During our study of Romeo and Juliet, students used this wiki to collect, record, and manage information related to their exploration of true love.
Student Organized Synopsis of To Kill a Mockingbird was a project with last year English 7 class. Students were assigned chapters. They briefly summarized each chapter and led classroom discussion of the chapter. Smartboard notes were captured for each chapter.
Survivor activity with Lord of the Flies- students had to decide which character should be voted off the island to increase collaboration and our chances of rescue.
This wiki discussion board was used for students in English 7 to debate and discuss their definitions of poetry.
